RETURNS & REFUNDS
In order to obtain your full refund, contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number to place on your package. Write this number on the outside of the shipping package, and send the product back to our warehouse at the address provided to you, and within fourteen (14) days of the date you originally ordered the product. In order for your full refund to be processed the product must arrive at our fulfillment facility within fourteen (14) days of the original purchase date and NOT be opened or used. You pay for return shipping. There is a $9.99 restocking fee per unit you are returning. This fee will be taken out of the refund issued.

Once our warehouse has received the returned package, you will be issued a refund. Please allow 10 business days to process your return. Your refund will be credited back to the same credit card used to make the purchase. Refunds after they have been approved may take up to 3-5 business days to show in your statement, depending on the speed of the processing bank.
We reserve the right not to refund any orders that are shipped back without a (valid) return number.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email with images showing the defects and you will be given further instructions.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
We ship Monday-Friday only. We aim to ship the products on the same day as the order was placed, but it is not guaranteed.
Friday orders placed after noon (EST time zone) will be shipped on the next business day.
Arrival of your package depends on your destination country. Orders within US usually take 5-7 business days, international order may take up to 2-3 weeks. We do not guarantee any shipping time, once the package leaves our possession we have no control. We will fix issues but we cannot control late packages from the shipping services.
